Personal Discord Bot

Fonzy Bot is my personal Discord Bot that I use in my main Discord Server to help me with administrative works. For now, it can clear messages, change roles, and play some music. I plan to implement a server-wide levelling system that will change a user's role based on their activity in the server.

The bot is programmed with Python using the discord.py package and it plays audio using FFmpegPCMAudio.

Vax-in Mobile Application

Vax-in is an Android Application created in fulfillment to my Mobile Application Development course (MOBDEVE). It is an application that would allow users to register for a vaccine and see their overall progress in the vaccination process. This app also has an admin side that handles the scheduling and managing of users.

I handled the overall back-end development of this application which includes the usage of the Firebase Realtime Database, and the SmsManager Package. This application was made using Android Studio and was coded in Java.

Ping App

Ping is a prototype of a mobile disaster preparedness application. The application shows a map view filled with citizen-reported hazards and disasters that informs users within the area. This application was designed to notify both users and authorities of any impending disasters in order to accelerate response and rescue times.

The application was designed using Figma with three more people in the group. It was chosen to be represented in the Science and Technology in Society Interblock Project Pitching competition where Ping won first place for best overall project and best project pitch.

Realm4Gamers Website

Realm4Gamers is a social media website catered to the online gaming community. It is designed for users to be able to share pictures, videos, and descriptions of their gameplay. The site also allows users to interact with these online posts and with each other.

The website was made with JavaScript with the React library and designed with HTML and CSS. The database used in this webside is MongoDB. It was originally deployed with heroku at realm4gamers.herokuapp.com, however the account has already been expired.

Tic-Tac-Toe Expert System

This program simulates a simple Tic-Tac-Toe game against an artificial intelligence with three levels of difficulty. The first level of difficulty makes the AI do random moves except when a winning move is possible. The second level of difficulty focuses more on initial placements and blocking out a user's winning moves. The last level of difficulty is the expert level which makes all the right moves that leads to the AI's most optimal position. It is impossible to win against the expert level AI. It can only lead to a draw or a loss for you.

The Minimax Algorithm was used to design the expert system of the program. The program was coded in Python with the use of the Pygame and Tkinter packages for the user interface.
